It is a wonderful salad that is eaten with pleasure in the summer instead of any food. It is very cool, but also full. I recommend this salad in a low carb diet. It is a salad with many fibers and without carbohydrates.

  • 300gr chicken breast,
  • 100gr arugula,
  • some lettuce and spinach leaves,
  • 4 tomatoes,
  • 2 cucumbers,
  • 2 bell peppers,
  • 50gr drier Telemea cheese,
  • 20 quail eggs,
  • 200gr yogurt,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • a teaspoon of turmeric,
  • 2 cloves of green garlic.

RECIPE PREPARATION Assorted chicken breast salad:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry in a little coconut oil until nicely browned. Boil the eggs hard, clean them and then cut them in half. Cut the bar into cubes. Drain well. Washed and drained vegetables are cut into rounds or slices, as desired. Mix the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Leave for a few minutes until liquid, then drain well.

  • The preparation can be served with any type of bread, but for a potentiation of the taste, we recommend the bread with seeds.
  • You can also add corn for a sweet and pleasant taste.

1. Boil the vegetables for about 15 minutes. We take them out in a strainer and let them drain well.
