Put the 3 tablespoons of sugar in the pan over low heat. When it starts to melt, turn the pan so that the burnt sugar evenly covers the walls of the pan. Allow to cool.

Mix with the mixer eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and put in the pan over the burnt sugar. Place the pan in a pan with water in the oven over medium heat for 30–40 minutes, until it hardens. Serve cold from the refrigerator.
