- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- sprinkle dried parsley

- Spread the olive oil onto the 2 slices of bread with a brush, next sprinkle the garlic salt over the breads evenly, work it in with the back of a spoon, then sprinkle both with parsley.
- The bread can either be fried in a pan or grilled until cooked but the results are brill. You won't be disappointed.

Add a little grated mozzarella on top for cheesy garlic bread
