The apples are cleaned and sliced, the flour being mixed with cinnamon. Spread the dough with the baking sheet on the form with baking paper, and place on it the apple slices passed through flour and cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

The cream for the apple and yogurt cake is made by mixing butter with powdered sugar, then incorporating the yolks and yogurt, the egg whites beating with salt, being added over the rest of the cream, at the end adding flour. Put the cream over the tart and leave it for another 50 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. It is consumed cold.
