  • minced beef + pork about 300 g.,

  • round grain rice approx. 4 tablespoons, 1 egg,
  • For the sauce:
  • Tomato sauce with capers and green olives from Băneasa 1 jar,
  • For Gasket:
  • serpentine pasta from Băneasa 3 cups,
  • water 1 cup and a half,
  • iodized salt.

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Meatballs in tomato sauce with capers and olives, accompanied by Serpentine from Băneasa:

The minced meat is mixed vigorously with the finely chopped, chopped onion, rice, egg, a pinch of iodized salt, paprika and freshly ground pepper.
