hello clujanco! when I first ate avocado it felt nauseous, due to the creamy texture and non-taste. in fact, I hadn't chosen it well and it was still unripe and that's why the taste wasn't right. then I found out how to choose an avocado and the second time he was lucky, I even made guacamole with it, but I ate an empty one that seemed so good to me.

Hello again. I forgot to tell you that about 2 months ago I made avocado salad with tuna. To me honestly the taste didn't tell me much, but to my guests. enchanted. I had salty crackers and I put a teaspoon of salad and a slice of sour cucumber on top. it was a success. so thanks again.

do you know how to choose it? Avocado that is not well baked is awful, tasteless and hard. but also cooked in combination with onions. and another story.
instead of oil you can even use canned tuna oil or any other oil with a neutral taste.

  • 1-2 cans of tuna (I had one with oil and one in natural juice)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oil (I put olives)
  • seeds (I put sunflower seeds and sesame seeds)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. We cut the greens if they are too big, then avocado as in the recipe above or as it is more convenient for you. Cut the tomatoes, onions and eggs, BUT leave a yolk for dressing. Add over the chopped ingredients, the tuna drained well of the juice and start with the sauce.
  2. Prepare the sauce with yogurt, mustard, crushed egg yolk and the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix the composition until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the ingredients and mix everything well. (This dressing is very special and goes well with other salads).
  4. We serve the salad to our loved ones, decorating with seeds, greens and a slice of lemon.

Cream sauce with yogurt and avocado

This sauce with yogurt and avocado is very creamy and can be used in many dishes: for any meat that requires a cool sauce, it can be used as a dressing for a salad or as a sauce for some pancakes.
This time I tried this creamy yogurt and avocado sauce with some super tasty broccoli pancakes.

Avocado is my life, that's what a personal motto would sound like if I made one. Those close to me know that I really like this fruit (yes, yes, avocado is a fruit and not a vegetable). My friends, but also the people who follow me on Instagram or Facebook, know my habits so well that I always get pictures taken by them, when they find a discount on avocados in supermarkets. They send them to me knowing that I am always looking for avocado discounts. I'm on the lookout. Ha! Ha! Ha.

Moreover, last year on Saint Nicholas' Day I received two avocados from a friend, not knowing what to buy for me on the occasion of the name day. It was more than perfect. It also happens that my brother buys me when he upsets me and to forgive him, he "bribes" me with avocado.

Joke aside, you should know that I use avocados quite often: in a green smoothie, in a salad, as a simple snack or even in cakes. This time I used it for a creamy sauce. It is a yogurt-based sauce that can be used as a dressing in salads or in various recipes that require a cool sauce. A real delight!

Here is the recipe:
3-4 tablespoons of natural yogurt 2.5% fat
half a soft avocado
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper (to taste)

As a prop, to make this sauce you need a food processor or a vertical hand blender.

Put the yoghurt, half the peeled avocado, the garlic clove, the salt and the pepper in a food processor and mix for a few seconds until a creamy sauce results. If necessary, add yogurt to homogenize the sauce.

Avocado and Cheese Salad

I had a craving for a Caprese salad, but since I didn't have mozzarella pearls I improvised and I did it Avocado and Cheese Salad.

Instead of mozzarella I used the Cheese Ghosts from Toni Junior & # 8211 Delaco, which is a very good white lime cheese and in the opinion of the family it looks like urda.

Finally, we wanted to prolong it and we improvised with what we had in the house at that moment.

Avocado and Cheese Salad & # 8211 Ingredients

1 larger avocado
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
24 pieces & # 8211 1 pack with Cheese Ghosts-Toni Junior-Delaco
250 g cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and freshly ground mosaic (or black) pepper
2 tablespoons chopped basil
balsamic vinegar cream

Avocado and Cheese Salad & # 8211 Preparation

The simplest salad to prepare. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Sprinkle immediately with freshly squeezed lemon juice to prevent oxidation.

To the avocado we add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the pieces of cheese. Pour over the olive oil and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Stir and sprinkle the chopped basil on top. Top with balsamic vinegar if you like.

I had a bag of salad mix already washed, so I simply turned it over in the salad plate.

Today we offer you a taco salad recipe, with fish and avocado dressing, perfect when you want to prepare something raid or when you have leftover fish cooked from the previous meal and you want to enjoy it in another way.

  • 1 file
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • lettuce or romaine salad
  • 1 canned red beans
  • 150 g cheddar

For starters, we'll take care of the fish. Wash the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper. Wrap them in aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. You can use any fish you like: trout, salmon, salmon, etc. You can also prepare it on the grill or in a pan.

Wash and break the salad by hand. Rinse the beans with cold water. Put the cheddar cheese on the grater. Heat the sticks a little so that they become crispy, then cut them into strips. Cut the tomatoes into slices after you have washed them.

Next, you just need to prepare the dressing. Peel the avocado and garlic and put all the ingredients in the blender. Mix until you get a creamy paste. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

To assemble the salad, place a bed of lettuce on a plate. Place the other ingredients in the form of strips. Add dressing on top and slices of lime if you want to sprinkle the salad.
